Plugin that adds drawings: the drawing manager (chart.drawings), its commands (delete, copy, paste, undo, redo, lock, hide, group) and the system clipboard, with the drawing tools in tools (none by default). For drawings with only your own tools; drawingTools() brings the built-in ones. A chart takes one of the two.
