Theme builder

Edit the chart tokens and the shell variables, see them in a dark and a light shell, then copy the theme. The CSS block holds the whole theme for the UI shell; the theme object holds the chart colours for createChart or applyOptions. Paste either back to keep editing. The address always holds the theme, so a copied link shares it. See Theming for what each token does.
