Interface: BarSpan

The main series bars a data-aware tool reads, without copying: bars is the series' own array, and [start, end) the indices of the bars asked for. Read it only during the call and never change it. The array stays the same object while live bars update or append, and is replaced when the data is reloaded or history is prepended, so tools can cache results on it.
