Options for loadLayout: an upgrade for older payload versions, and whether to load the saved symbol.

Upgrades payloads of a version the built-in steps don't cover, e.g. an app's own older format.

symbol? ​

optional symbol?: boolean

Load the saved symbol and interval through the data source (when one is set). Default true.
