Interface: ValuesAt ​

Every series' value at one bar, as chart.valuesAt returns it: the bar's time and index, the formatted time and a row per series.

While the view groups bars (grouping): the bucket holding the bar, from its first bar's time to its last bar's endTime, count bars. The legend values are the bucket's. Absent otherwise.
