Send a mouse pointer event to chart at a time and price, as a user would: the chart's own input handling runs, so crosshair:move, plot:click, drawing tools and the rest react as in a browser. Returns false when the point has no position (before layout, no data, a hidden pane, a price a log scale cannot show).
