Right-click menu for the chart: opens on the chart's contextmenu event, with default items per target (a legend row's menu for target 'legend'). Arrow keys, Home and End move between items, Enter or Space picks one, Arrow Right opens a submenu and Arrow Left closes it, Escape, Tab or a press outside closes the menu.
