Indicator settings for a chart: open(indicator) shows its settings panel (see openIndicatorSettings), and so do a legend row's settings button, its menu's Settings… item (series:settings) for indicators, and double-clicking one of an indicator's plots. The legend shows those buttons on the rows of indicators whose definition is registered.
