openIndicatorSettings(chart, host, indicator, options?): FormDialog | null

Open the settings panel of indicator in host, docked to its right edge (a bottom sheet when the host is narrow) so the chart stays in view. Edits apply live; Ok keeps them, Cancel, Escape, the close button and close() put the indicator back as it was. The header switches to the other indicators on the chart. The panel closes if the indicator is removed. Null while the indicator's definition is not registered.
