Element the dialogs cover. Default the shell around the chart, else the chart's root.

Read-only templates listed under Technicals. Default indicatorTemplatePresets.

Where "My templates" are kept: the 'indicator-set' templates of a storage adapter. Default createLocalStorageAdapter(); null lists none and turns saving off.
