Icons keyed by drawing tool type. Besides the built-in tools this covers the tools planned in roadmap/drawing-tools.md, so each one arrives with its icon. A new tool only needs an entry here under its type. The built-in tools come in the catalogue's order (see builtinTools), the rest by type.
